To assure all guests are able to enjoy a peaceful experience, we ask that all electronic devices be turned off and put away before entering the spa.
Our spa is intended for quiet time and relaxation, so we respectfully request that guests refrain from using electronic devices and keep conversation to a minimum projection while enjoying the amenities.
Gratuities are typically in cash.
We do take a credit card to hold all appointments for clients that have missed or had no-shows and to use in the event of late cancellation. A 50% service fee will be charged to your credit card for cancellations with less than six business hours notice. The full cost of your service is charged for appointments missed without notice. Multiple service reservations and group spa events have unique cancellations policies that will be clarified at the time of reservation.
We honor all appointment times on our books, so clients arriving late should expect their appointment to end at the scheduled time so that we can be on time for our next client.
Packages, Series and Memberships Cannot be shared, transferred or refunded.
If you are unable to make your service we ask that you call at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged in full. Groups require a deposit for services scheduled and ten day cancellation notice to ensure we can reschedule any appointments. Any appointments not rescheduled or cancelled within the ten day window will be charged at full price.
